There are various methods for preserving pineapple. Pineapples may be kept fresh without a refrigerator if you leave them out at room temperature. The kitchen counter is the ideal location. Put the pineapples in a basin and cover with a towel. Pineapple does best when stored between room temperature and 12 °C. The refrigerator is the ideal place to keep this fruit. Fruits like pineapple can be stored in the fruit section found in most refrigerators.
